Role: Submission Manager
Responsibilities: (AA Software & Networking, Inc. has openings in The Woodlands, TX) Submissions Manager: Provide efficiency/enhancement proposals for electronic document management systems. Perform planning, publishing, submission compilation, quality control, validation, dispatch, and archiving of electronic document submissions (eCTD, Hybrid, and NeeS) to global health authorities within required timeframes. Upgrade electronic document management systems, keep abreast of developments in electronic document management technologies, and adhere to evolving regulatory requirements. Provide guidance in electronic document submission requirements and paper submission requirements. Plan and implement upgrades for publishing and validation systems. Prepare and submit Structured Product Labeling XML documents to FDA. Debug and resolve issues surrounding validation errors while submitting documents to FDA. Execute electronic document submission build utilizing validated software and comply with internal guidelines and health authority specifications. Perform User Acceptance Testing for electronic document management systems, software, publishing tools, and procedures. Will work in unanticipated locations. Requires master’s in computer science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or related and 2 years experience. Role: Application Engineer
Responsibilities: (AA Software & Networking, Inc. has openings in The Woodlands, TX) Application Engineer: Assess customer needs and design and optimize customer applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades. Conduct full product lifecycle management. Design and deliver cloud, container and microservices based applications with API. Perform automation of deployments and testing. Design, develop and test software applications using Java, J2EE, Java Full Stack, .NET, AngularJS, Spring, WebLogic, WebSphere, IIS, Apache, Oracle, SQL Server, REST API, AWS, Azure, Python, Salesforce, Jenkins, Selenium, Okta, CA SiteMinder, ServiceNow, JIRA and Agile Scrum. Implement authentications and authorization protocols – SAML, SSO, MFA, Oauth, OIDC, SWA, WS- Fed and LDAP. Ensure site reliability. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires master’s in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or related and 1 year experience OR bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or related and 3 years experience. Role: Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities:(AA Software & Networking, Inc. has openings in The Woodlands, TX) Cloud Engineer: Drive business process and requirement analysis. Design and optimize applications by integrating cloud services, Oracle Cloud professional services modules such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets. Responsible for operation and maintenance of any public cloud services like AWS and Azure. Technical and functional support to Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Integration Cloud Services. Oracle Fusion Experience, developing a BI Reports, OTBI and FBDI Implement and support SAAS and PAAS models,RDBMS,PL/SQL and SQL. exposure to Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
